I had a lot of fun! Despite being in a tired and antisocial state most of the weekend. I missed a bunch of panels that sounded cool, but I bought some new books and the Guest of Honor stuff (Seanan McGuire!) was awesome. And being surrounded by geeky people for the weekend is never bad.

Is anyone else going to Confluence in Pittsburgh this weekend? I'll be there and I'm really excited! It would be cool to meet some DW/LJ people, especially since

maat_seshat is cruelly out of the country and can't be made to visit me for it. (Sorry, dear.) I'm going under my real name, since one of my labmates helps run the thing, but let me know if you'll be there and I can electronically whisper it to you or something.
